Privacy Policy (GDPR)

1. Introduction

We take your privacy seriously. This document describes how we process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, known as GDPR.

2. What data do we process?

We only process data that you provide to us when you create an order, inquiry or request. This mainly includes:

• first name and surname
  

• delivery and billing address
  

• email address
  

• phone number
  

• texts or images for engraving
  

• payment details
  

We do not collect your data automatically and do not obtain it from any other external sources.

3. What is the data used for?

We process your personal data only for the purposes of:

• order fulfillment and delivery
  

• communication regarding the order
  

• invoicing and compliance with legal obligations (especially accounting and tax)
  

• maintaining basic records of customers and orders
  

We do not use your data for marketing purposes and do not perform any automatic profiling.

4. To whom can I transfer the data?

We do not transfer your personal data to any third parties for marketing purposes. Only persons or companies that help us ensure the smooth processing of your order have access to the data, and only to the necessary extent. This may include, for example:

• carriers (e.g. Zásilkovna, Česká pošta),
  

• accountants or tax advisors,
  

• web hosting or email service providers.
  

We work with all these partners in a trustworthy manner and ensure that they handle your data in accordance with GDPR.

5. How long do we store the data?

We store your data only for as long as it is actually needed, and always with regard to legal requirements.

• Order and invoice data are stored for 5 years from their processing.
  

• Email communication is stored for a maximum of 3 years.
  

• Data on tax documents are stored for the period required by law (typically 10 years).
  

After this period, the data is securely deleted or anonymized.

6. How is the data protected?

Your personal data is protected both technically and organizationally. Only we as controllers, or a trustworthy person (e.g. an accountant), have access to them, always for the purpose of fulfilling your orders or legal obligations.

I use secure storage and standard data protection measures – corresponding to the scope of my business.

7. What rights do you have?

In connection with the processing of personal data, as a customer you have the right to:

• request access to your personal data,
  

• have your data corrected or updated,
  

• request the erasure of personal data (if no longer needed),

8. Final provisions

These privacy policy principles are valid and effective from 1 November 2025.

I reserve the right to amend them in the future, especially in the event of changes in legislation or processing methods. The current version is always available on my website or upon request by email.
